Well if they murdered someone then yes. But if they nicked my pencil then no.

Obviously depending on the severity of the issue, but If someone confides in you, I believe it should be kept quiet by yourself.

i agree as well, the severity is the most important in this discussion.
sometimes you get beat up by grassing up somebody.
